We deliver all across Pakistan through our trusted courier partner M&P Courier.
We also offer international shipping to selected countries. 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Within Pakistan:

Major cities: 2–4 working days
Other cities: 3–5 working days
Remote areas: 5–7 working days

International Orders:

Delivery usually takes 7–15 working days, depending on the destination country and courier service.

(Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors.)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan only.
For international orders, advance payment is required.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
International shipping charges may vary based on location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns (Pakistan only).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your parcel through the courier’s tracking system.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

8. Delivery Guidelines

Delivery is made to a valid home or office address.
Courier companies do not allow parcels to be opened before payment (for COD orders).

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, customs clearance, or public holidays.

10. Failed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery again.
After multiple failed attempts, the order may be canceled.
